30 minute massages are intended to work on one or two areas of focus. (e.g. legs, or neck and back)

60 minute massages can be full body work for general discomfort or half the body if a focus area is desired.

90 minute massages are ideal if you need more attention in multiple focus areas across the body.

2 hour massages are for the clients that 90 minutes leave you feeling like you need more time. This is a full body massage making sure everywhere gets adequate time being worked on.
